Privacy
We collect the minimum we need to take an order, deliver it and support you afterwards. This draft follows the principles of Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What we collect
Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, and delivery address.
Order details: items, quantities, amounts, delivery zone, gift message and any notes you add.
Technical data needed to run the site securely, such as the pages you visit and the device you use. Analytics are only loaded with consent where required.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to handle returns or questions.
To improve the shop and understand which products people look for.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Supabase hosts the database and authentication. Paystack processes payments; your card details are entered on Paystack’s hosted checkout and never reach our servers. Resend sends order emails where email is provided.
Couriers and dispatch riders receive the details needed to deliver your order.
We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete what we do not need to keep.
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and support, then delete or anonymise them.
