These terms apply to orders placed through this website. They are a working draft for the client’s review and are not legal advice.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Ghana cedis and include VAT where applicable. The price you see at checkout is the price we charge, subject to a final server check.
We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch. If the corrected price is higher, we will contact you and you can cancel.
Stock is limited. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to replace it, wait for a restock or refund it.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Paystack. Mobile Money and card are supported where available.
Pay on delivery is only offered in zones where it is enabled. WhatsApp orders are confirmed in chat before dispatch.
An order is accepted when we confirm it by message, email or delivery.
Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We will contact you if a date is not possible.
Risk passes when the order is handed to you or to someone at the delivery address.
You are responsible for giving an accurate address, landmark and phone number.
Cancellations and liability
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel. Custom, personalised and bulk items may not be cancellable once production has started.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ghanaian consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
